In Philippines , salary minimum is 10.52 dollars per day, or for every 9.5 hours.. Well it's a tiring job especially when there's lack of staffs, 1 big store, 2 floors and are only 7~9staffs in a day, this includes all sections already and including cashiers too.... Mostly there's only 1 staff in the fitting room zone and there are 15cubicles, too busy if customers ask for assistance at the same time and may cause customer complains..
They ask why you want to work at ZARA, what your hobbies are, how much you know about the origin/history of the company (inditex, europe, etc.), where you see yourself in 5 years career-wise, where fashion fits into your life - is it something you are passionate about or a side hobby, whether you are going to take this job as a learning experience or as a stepping stone to a future in fashion, and to describe a time at one of your old jobs (they will indicate from your resume) where you found yourself in a conflict with your peers or manager and what you did to solve it.
I feel that Zara is a waste of time and incompetent and needs investigating under work human rights act. Very slim of chance of getting this role if you put the wrong location the wrong time of hours. Zara acts like they care about your commitments meaning half of the people in the group interview were students and the other half
had Families so basically your hanging onto a thread. Why would you interview mountable people for roles that your not sure about what is available what positions are available in what location and the hours and how many candidates are you looking for each roles Zara is giving these candidates false hope they are looking for slave who will work slave labour and around the clock that doesn't have commitments. In my experience there were 20 people in a group interview only 5 could only speck English which was poor half of the room had no retail experience and the person who was interviewing had no clue on what job at what location and the hours were available so we can put down on our application the role you want to go for I feel on the application you shouldn't have to do this to be accepted but u have to tick everything tick every location tick all the hours, tick all positions accept for manager. You will be accepted I guarantee that. Because when handing your application after group interview the manager ends up ringing around the stores to see what is available From your application which I believe this should of been done before the interview so u give the candidates a chance to apply to right job position in the right location.
