Training does not exist or is insufficient. You work with a lot of physical strength and will not have any type of gymnastics or concern for the health of the employees. Communication is precarious. there is a culture of fear in relation to the Spanish bosses who visits the store and starts giving orders to people who often have never seen them in their lives. Competition and bullying are part of the company's growth culture. employment contracts generally has few hours and exploit the employee's availability, making them live for the store. long and irregular journeys. You will work standing all day with one break non paid of 30 minutes (with absolut nothing in the kitchen, no coffee, nothing). Constant pressure and lack of employees are part of the daily routine (not surprise calling sick is normal in such a toxic environment), especially in the Woman session, the employees are used without having due remuneration, therefore, sales assistants accumulate different responsibilities and haven't the title or payment for the activities that they actually perform. In spite of everything I met great people, working exhaustively without recognition of the company, which values ​​the ones that speaks more and louder. No surprise there is almost no Norwegians working in the store, because they don't allow themselves to be threated like slaves. I think that this job is very helpful to get in touch with customers and learn to provide a good service. I like being able to manage a good communication. The workplace with my teammates is very fun so I enjoy being in a nice team. I also enjoy to work on my own by organizing the store.
