Terrible management, they favour specific people and you better be on their good side if you want to get over 6 hours a week. Super script on phone usage and water breaks. But great team working there besides management. Decent employee discount 25% off

discount is good. i had good coworkers and the pay was pretty good for a retail job. The worst is the customers but that is retail! I would definitely work here again.

I had a wonderful time at Zara in Schaumburg. The work culture was really supportive and motivating. All the managers on staff were really encouraging and there for you if a situation ever arose. The mobility in store was great, and they even were willing to work with school schedules.
Pros
Great management, wonderful staff
Cons
Hard work

Training for success is great but there isn’t much opportunity for advancement and limited full time availability. A lot of coworkers don’t have enough responsibility or respect and will call out or not even show up to work, which affects the rest of the team, especially at closing. Management is inconsistent when it comes to handling returns. Certain people will be more lenient and others will be very strict. If workers were paid more, I’m sure they would take the job a little more seriously.
Pros
Good discount, diverse team
Cons
No benefits, hard to become full time, certain coworkers use homophobic language freely which makes workplace uncomfortable
