The managers are rude and speak to you as if you're incompetent and no one wants to be part of a workplace where you're constantly disrespected and belittled. They also take advantage of you as much as they can. On top of that they do not provide breaks if you're over 18, but they will schedule you 8-13 hour shifts with little accommodation.

I would make sure the employees feel respected and appreciated as well as contribute to the team. I would give everyone a break because everyone is deserving of a break regardless of age. I would try to cross-train everyone so that everyone is able to thrive in any position. I would communicate with everyone about expectations so that there is no confusion rather than waiting until someone does something that is apparently wrong and then get angry when they're confused.

I got hired relatively quickly. I don't remember how long it took, but I think it was about a week. They called me and scheduled an interview. I had 2 interviews, received an email that I was hired, went to orientation, and started working in about a week after that.

The work environment can be good if you have the right crew. I've worked there for so long I've seen the environment changing as people come and go. At first, it was fun and exciting to work there, but as those people that made it fun left, it became full of toxicity and gossip. You may get stuck with people who refuse to pull their weight because management makes it easy for people to get away with not doing their job and they lack proper training. I felt miserable going into work because of the managers.

At my location, they would sometimes schedule everyone 6-7 days a week; no days off for some weeks. The hours were long (8-13 hours) and dreary with no breaks. Some of my coworkers were scheduled 50 hour weeks and some were scheduled doubled back to back. Sometimes if they were in a silly goofy mood, they would schedule people from 8am-11pm; the entire day.
