Receptionist/Cashier (Former Employee) – Schaumburg, IL – May 23, 2017
Zeigler is an easy place to work, except that all departments had a high turn over rate. While working there, I worked under 6 different sales managers. The culture of the workplace is male dominated and tended to be a bit sexist at times.
Free lunch on Saturdays
High over turn rate of managers, salesmen and porters
Service Advisor (Former Employee) – Gurnee, IL – December 14, 2016
Multiple management changes. multiple pay changes. multiple pay errors terrible atmosphere at zeigler Nissan of gurnee. 2 General managers and 3 service managers in under 9 months of working there. Just not a good place.
Manager (Former Employee) – Michigan – December 6, 2016
Ziegler company's are all about the same. Greed at the top and screw everyone else. I spent a couple of years working for the idiot, and you are never acknowledge or praised. It's always the threat that your going to be fired and that your replacement is on the way. Needless to say moral is horrible and management at the very top dosnt care. Lots of politics and back stabbing. Either play the game or get run over. Worst couple of years I ever had working for someone. So many better employers to consider.
Parts Department (Current Employee) – Schaumburg, IL – August 11, 2016
Overall staff is great, people are very helpful. Day-to-day operations are pretty similar each and everyday. Must know GM vehicles and GM policy. Technicians are a bit impatient at times; lack of communication between service and parts departments, at times.
