They need to do a better job at being more professional. Sometimes understanding employees personal problems would really help if they were as flexible. Especially when someone has a doctor's pass, i would expect to be excused, but I didn't. Anyway, after getting let go, it was for the best. I can finally go back to school. Made me realize that Carl Ziess isn't the place you can build your future around. Not a long term job for sure because there is just no guarantee. You put your heart into work, at the end there is no appreciation.
