Horrible - do not work for this company

They do not have training. They change the rules every other day. You are told you are bothering a boss if you ask questions. Horrible pay for what you have to endure on a daily basis. No professionalism. They treat the residents horribly. This company has no leadership.

Not a good company

They expect you to know it all. The CEO claims to have an open door policy but will refuse to help if there is a real problem. Don't express how you feel to him or you will be fired. Not a good company at all for management.

Horrible

Horrible. There is no leadership and communication. They assigne duties to you that is not meant for an office assistant. These “duties” are duties for management to do. No training whatsoever. It’s more like welcome to Zeman homes I hope you know what to do even if you don’t. When you finish a duty and it’s wrong they blame you, even though you were told to do that way. There is no Paid time off, it’s ato and they tell you how to use this earned hours when requesting off. Please do yourself a favor and do not work here. Bunch of lies and disrespectful to residents. I mean very disrespectful to the residents. Like yelling at these customers, hanging up the phone on them mid sentence. Refuse to make anything better.

Productive

Heavy customer service - learned a lot about management and the day to day duties. The hardest part of the job was dealing with all of the complaints from residents, and the most enjoyable is the ability to work at your own pace from start to finish.
