There from the start! Still believe Zenreach will be a huge success.
Head of Strategic Partnerships (Former Employee) –  San Francisco, CAMay 31, 2019
They're getting everything in order and making the necessary changes to explode in the online to offline attribution space. Can't wait to see what happens this next year.
Pros
Top notch product; Huge Potential; no competitors that can match actual results;
Cons
Turn over heavy, leadership turnover, still deciding on game-plane for sales, a lot to still do

10+ Hours a day of cold calling on the phone. Management was extremely young and did not seem properly trained. Many people quit every week as they just cycled people through. It was really a call center, i am looking for an outside sales role as my skills fit much better at an outside sales role.
Pros
free lunch
Cons
awful management, stressful atmosphere

Account Executive (Former Employee) –  San FranciscoJuly 16, 2015
I cold called about 150 accounts each day. I learned how to scale a company, how to qualify leads, how to sell, negotiate and close 20k a month. All of my coworkers were young and extremely fun to work with. The hardest part was being in a chair all day. The most enjoyable was the sales aspect, the competitiveness and working with mostly young people.
Pros
Free Happy hours
Cons
short breaks
