My overall experience at ZeroCater has been a good one to say the least. But the last 3 months have been filled with unnecessary stress, and decisions that were uncalled for.

Culture at the company is really great (free lunch every day, plenty of fun) but the expectations are high and get ratcheted up pretty regularly without much change in expectations/compensation.
Pros
Free lunches
Cons
High expectations, poor compensation
