The supervisors cannot make up their mind. One moment it's all about saftey and the next is that they don't care at all. You never know when youre going to work overtime because they are constantly losing people or not getting enough work done to cover the week.

I enjoy all employees that I've worked with except one, always had a chip on her shoulder and didn't communicate when had questions, just made the day miserable for you.

Also, forklifters never get the job done, always talking instead of working and when people are calling for parts they will tell you one minute and keep talking.

Management cannot seem to understand what matters most when making decisions. Allowing unqualified persons to work in a specialized laboratory environment and unresponsive to requests for salary adjustments. Nice place to work as you're looking for another job.
