They hire so they can't get you in a point system. They get off on that. Working 19 days straight and holidays that point system should be changed. It was based on a 40 hour week. That hasn't took place since 2008. Kiss your home life good bye and holidays

They have lazier than normal employees especially at the Marshall plant. Very racist town too.

They can't run it. Spent two years to get three new lines going and still not working right. Already moved one out. Outsourcing jobs to keep pay Low. Union won't help you they just go thru the motions. Lot of lazy people then you get stuck doing two jobs. Go to Mcdonalds

The supervisors cannot make up their mind. One moment it's all about saftey and the next is that they don't care at all. You never know when youre going to work overtime because they are constantly losing people or not getting enough work done to cover the week.

I enjoy all employees that I've worked with except one, always had a chip on her shoulder and didn't communicate when had questions, just made the day miserable for you.

Also, forklifters never get the job done, always talking instead of working and when people are calling for parts they will tell you one minute and keep talking.
