If you like 19 days on. One weekend off a month. Knock yourself out
At the Marshall plant they are very racist. Pretending they are not they put a black guy as plant manager. They lie a lot there. Hope the German owners radically move the power structure from the people in Marshall to foreign managers.
At the Marshall plant where I work the team leaders are conniving, dubious and very one sided. It is more of a closely knit community where everyone knows everyone. They say bachelor's degree is a requirement to move out the floor but some with barely a high school diploma are moved up regardless. It's all about favoritism. Senority is claimed as basisfor benefits like promotion but this doesn't necessarily translate to hard work, reliability, dedication and ethic of candidates. In a factory where attendance and numbers should be the main game in town, who likes who becomes the only game in town and nothing is ever done.
It is very poor. If you work you do your job and the ones who don't do nothing. They moan and complain about doing something so supervisor comes have you do it. Now your doing two jobs why the lazy just walks around with a cup of coffee
There don't care about you as a person, your just a number.
Awesome culture and work environment, a lot of great people and helpful as well.

Good coworkers and bad management.
ZF honors a good work ethic. ZF is a great place for someone who wants to work hard, learn new things, and advance within the company.
The only downside is that as a global company, ZF's compensation and benefits are not as competitive with other major, global organizations.
