ZF honors a good work ethic. ZF is a great place for someone who wants to work hard, learn new things, and advance within the company.

The only downside is that as a global company, ZF's compensation and benefits are not as competitive with other major, global organizations.

Work environment is decent. It is a fairly clean and temperature controlled facility. The culture is very laid back at least on 3rd shift and people are generally nice to each other.
