Laugh out loud!
Hire managers based on their leadership qualifications, nut just because they've been a Ziegler employee for a long time. Overall, Ziegler managment is poor, and is getting worse! They primarily promote people who have no business being supervisors which causes a massive lack of leadership! My supervisor attended in house "fundamentals of leadership" training but it did no good. She was a nice person, but truly incompitent as a supervisor. She was not a leader.
Invest more in training your managers on conflict resolution. Most management supported workplace bullying. It was very disappointing to see what went on in the workplace.
