Communication! You are told you need to have communication about all things needed to keep quality up & production up, But when you report or talk to someone from another shift or out side of your team is frond a pond. They want top quality work from everyone but only give the last person who handled the part all the hassle on quality even if they had reported a problem & nothing got done to fix it.
For my job i didnt have to worry to much about anything.

The most stressful part about working here is the fact that there is a lot of favoritism going on . also a lot of bickering amongst team members about she got this he got that ,why don't I get that. also certain team members can just walk around all day and do almost nothing because they know what orders gets them the rate they need in order to look good. plus you have team leaders giving good rate orders to their friends in order to help them look good .
