In the wake of the Covid-19 crisis Zoes Kitchen corporate has started demanding that all GMs work a MINIMUM of 60 Hours a week. The reasoning is that they don’t want to pay anyone. They literally tell GMs that they have to work extra BECAUSE they won’t be paid extra.
GMs are told that they will work 40-45 hours a week during the interview process and negotiate their salaries based on that. So basically if you want to be required to work 15-20 hours a week for free during a pandemic, while corporate post on Instagram about how good they are treating you this is the job for you.
The Interview was only 10mins for me. The manager asks if you about what you know of zoe's kitchen, a little bit of your work history, ask you about what customer service means to you & also tell you that you need a TABC & food Handlers certification b/c they serve beer & cause you do serve the customer's their orders.
What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Zoes Kitchen, Inc.?
Be the best fake person when talking to management, sucking up to management gets you higher pay, more hours & better opportunities!
