The day starts early and you meet with the managers to go over different skills and phone play- outs. The training is really helpful and the managers give you all the information you need to know about the engineers. The managers are really fun and easy to talk too. Going to work doesn't feel like work because everyone is really nice, everyone is laughing, there is music, and ESPN on. The hardest part of the job is the grind on the phone. The best part of the job is being with people who you can be friends with.
