After more than 3 weeks and no arrival of my decals I contacted them to cancel. I had to do so 4 times with the final time saying that if they didn't respond then I would have my bank flag their charges as fraudulent. They quickly responded in less than 2 hours and canceled my membership but didn't issue a refund until I contacted them a 5th time.

They swamped me with offers for other services. That seems to really be their type of business.

I've had my decal on for 3 months now.. I've seen people take pictures of it.. I've also had people I know send the text to sign up and I till this day have not received any money through pay pal for advertising their "zoom benefits"
So if you are looking for some feed back I'd tell you...don't waste your money"

I signed up for referral car and kept getting emails asking for more money, but they had no problems contacting me via email and refund my full amount.

I got asked to put their decal on my car, but a friend of mine did the samething and they sent her a check, she went to go cash it and 4 different banks told her there was something fishy with the check. So we went to Wal-Mart and their check reader couldn't read the check because the numbers weren't in the right place. But I haven't given them any information but my email and phone number. So I dont think I'm gonna do it because it seems like a scam to me because you can't get any answeres from them.

If you signed up for zoom benefits and you're paying $30 a month you didn't sign up for it the proper way. If you have the decal on your car you typically get a promo code to help lower the sign-up cost or if you go through your decal or another person's decal to sign up you get the member cost discounted so it wouldn't cost you the $30. So the savings would be more than $5.
