High workload expectations without a lot of resources
Health Plan Guru (Former Employee) – Portland, OR – June 21, 2017
Very busy call center in a building NOT designed for a call center. Workload was such that you were doing the job of 3 people but not being compensated well for it. Company made a lot of changes and expected you to roll with the punches no matter what.
Zoom is an exceptional recruiter for Embedded Software Engineeer
Contractor at DRS Technologies (Former Employee) – Milwaukee, WI – May 12, 2018
Typical day at the contract was early start and early end time. At this contract, I learned a new DSP. Management was very good to work for, was not overbearing. Workplace culture was very good, with lots of friendly people. Hardest part of the job was probably the site, getting to and from. Most enjoyable part of job was working with a previous lead who had recently started at the company.
Billing Specialist (Former Employee) – Portland, OR – May 10, 2018
Pay is low. Waves of lay offs happen every couple of months. Management tries to cut corners all the time which gets them into legal trouble. My advice is to only accept employment if you're looking to gain some experience, otherwise, look somewhere else.
President/Owner (Former Employee) – Lincoln, NE – October 9, 2017
Started Zoom, Inc. in 2007 and purchased a FedEx Ground route, delivered FedEx packages for 10 years and sold Zoon to Mountain King Inc. in 2014. Per our purchase agreement I stayed on with Mountain King and trained their drivers on Zoom's FedEx routes.
Phlebotomist (Former Employee) – Seattle, WA – September 9, 2017
The work schedule is excellent if you work another job, which you will have to due to your low pay. They expect you to do the job of three people at any other office, but not pay you. The management is possibly the most micromanaged thing you'll ever see, and for a company that boasts transparency, they offer limited explanations for their decisions.
Post-Care Advice Nurse (Former Employee) – Portland, OR – May 31, 2017
A fun place to work, hardest part of the job was keeping up with volume of work, it was very busy. Change happens fairly quickly here and sometimes that is not a good thing. A decision can sometimes be made without really thinking things through.
Nurse Manager is amazing, provides guidance, great teacher, very positive, gives feedback on how to improve.
+smile Clinical Team Leader (Current Employee) – Portland, OR – August 1, 2016
This is the place to be within the healthcare field. ZOOM+ is innovating and reinventing the healthcare industry like none other. This requires open minded big picture thinkers and hard workers-- this place isn't for everyone. If you like change and implementing change, this could be a great place for you.
Growth can be great for some! management is open to feedback and innovative
Sales Representative (Former Employee) – Sacramento, CA – November 19, 2015
Researched and sourced prospects. Calling program and set appointments. Set personal goals based on monthly quotas Successful at communication and building client relationships Excellent follow up skills
Quality Engineer (Current Employee) – San Francisco, CA – March 15, 2015
This company has to be one of the most unorganized outfits I have ever been introduced too. Good Environment(work place) to Start your career.
Fun place to work with great work-life balance. CEO has an open door and every employee is welcome to walk in to talk any time. Employees get to work with some of the largest brands and retailers in the world to help them change the way the do business.
Continue investing in new products and software to stay ahead of competition.
Great work environment Positive and strong workers
