  • It is a great company

  • I'm sure the company will do great from a stock perspective, but they're succeeding by overworking and outsourcing their employees. Not my kind of fun!

  • Employees are overwhelmed overworked and stressed. Too many claims and not enough time. It’s not practical. Set up to fail. I’ve always said that Zurich will sell off claims.

  • Employees are slaves and nothing else. Continual changeover in management stratagy causes more issues than it solves and much more unnecessary menial work. Terrible communication with employees. They ask for input but don't listen. Repercussions for giving valid and critical input is very real and feared by the workers. Management plays the game to keep their jobs. Workers are miserable.

  • It's one of the biggest commercial insurance company in north America, with major clients. There is no issue with the future of the company.

  • The company has lost and continues to lose great customers. Zurich does not understand they need to take care of their people (employees) in order to deliver the promises they make to their customers.

  • They won't be number one in customer service because they have 3claim numbers and 3 people in charge of a claim confusing the client
