Job was easy but they have no heart if you become ill. The problem was something that could put you in hospital.I don't recommend this place. They have poor management skill and high turn over.

Not The Job For Me
Administrative Support Assistant (Former Employee) –  Hebron, KYAugust 6, 2018
Closed an office doubled work load and cut the group in half and expected the work to be done in a timely manner. They were rude when you try to explain why things were not done. Not a fair place to work, you were not treated the same.

ZA was stressful with all the cold calling, people getting angry with you for calling so many times. You gain alot of patients and learn what not to get upset about.

Terrible - do not work for this company!
Employee (Current Employee) –  Andover, MAJuly 17, 2018
This company is not good to work for - pay is ok, if you are eligible for a bonus (if you put in the necessary work and get lucky enough to meet your metrics), but don’t expect a regular raise even if you work really hard and score well on your review! Terrible & crazy-expensive benefits. It feels like it’s more about the management team than the staff who work hard for them. They should communicate more, tell staff what’s going on and how the company is doing, treat everyone fairly and as if your employees are adults with real lives. Paid leave is a joke - two weeks to start, earned weekly, and that covers sick, vacation & personal! Awful! Plus, all your co-workers are at your throat - morale is a major problem here.
Pros
Free coffee?
Cons
Everything soup-to-nuts (pay, benefits, work environment, management - nothing good here)

Very independent workplace with minor supervision. High expectations with low reward and low accountability.
Litigation Assistant (Current Employee) –  Tempe, AZMay 16, 2018
Zwicker & Associates is an excellent workplace for college students and entry level employees. It is an easy introduction into the professional workplace environment while also feeling like a typical college job. Unfortunately, the pay is average, benefits are below average, and opportunities for advancement are scarce. The nature of the job is independent and repetitive, although management requires high production and discourages collaboration.
Pros
Central location, food trucks
Cons
Short breaks, minimal advancement opportunities

Documentation Intern (Former Employee) –  North Andover, MAMay 5, 2018
I enjoyed working there but the dress code was ridiculously controlled. Although I was able to get two 15 min breaks and a 30-minute lunch it was so controlled time wise.

Doc services assistnat (Former Employee) –  Tempe, AZMay 1, 2018
Aggressive management forcing many part-time to leave. under paid and under valued for the quality of work. The hours are flexible, but upper management makes it difficult to want to work for this company. Will focus on your faults more than your success.

The hardest part of the job is sitting in a chair 90% of the day.
The most enjoyable part of the job is no weekend work.
I have learned computer software that I have never seen in process until I started my job at Zwicker & Associates PC

Overworked and stressful environment. Management was great
Paralegal (Current Employee) –  Rochester, NYJanuary 19, 2018
The manage is great, but the HR is outsourced and seems to side with certain people. They aided in creating the stressful environment for us. Overworked with no one to truly help.
Pros
great manager, amount of time off collected per week
Cons
Stressful, overworks

Litigation Associate (Former Employee) –  Duluth, GAJanuary 6, 2018
Stay far away from the Duluth officè. Management is horrible. No people skills and need to learn how to talk to your staff. High turnaround for employment! Corporate needs to do something about this! Can be a great place to work!

They don’t appreciate their employees.
Collector (Former Employee) –  Hebron, KYJanuary 5, 2018
VP & managers don’t care about their employees. The Training is very, very poor and the lack of communication is horrible. No raises!! Insurance is very high. Attendance policy is beyond ridiculous! Have to wait up to 3+ months for your bonuses and they blame that on “their clients” who hire them. This Firm is highly greedy. One specific department that collects the majority of the money for them is forced to have an “equal bonus” structure! Ex: If your the “top” collector your not rewarded, your given the same amount as the poorest collector. The environment is depressing and unfair. Very high “revolving door”.

Casual attire

Poor pay & benefits

Asset locator (Current Employee) –  Hebron, KYJanuary 4, 2018
I love working here as an asset locator, it’s part time and the hours are really flexible. There are some things that could be better managed but would be from an administrative level not in our office. The employees and manager are friendly and helpful.
Pros
Flexible schedule and relaxed atmosphere
Cons
Repetitive

Collection Agent (Current Employee) –  Andover, MADecember 31, 2017
If looking for a day to day job this would be your place but their lack of advancement and appreciating their employees who do more than well at their job is poor. They do not offer you raises and aren't always given to you when asked. Benefits are great, but the amount of money in bonus isn't always. They lack in overall appreciation of employees.
Pros
bonus if in right department and work schedule depending career

Debt collection with litigation firms (Former Employee) –  Hebron, KYNovember 27, 2017
Limited advancement opportunities, and very little employee interaction with management. Not an employee oriented office. As the top resolution collector in the company I was limited to a group bonus divided equally with others who did not make minimums. .
Pros
Clean environment
Cons
Limits of advancement regardless of production

Poor management caused good employees to flee.
Litigation (Former Employee) –  Andover, MANovember 11, 2017
I worked for this company for a long time. The money was good. I made more than incoming attorneys so I stayed until they laid me off. I never met anyone who truly enjoyed working there unless they were at the high end of the pay scale or personal friends of upper management. Micromanagement was painful at best. It's an 'all in who you know' type of environment. Good employees were let go, while substandard ones were kept because they were 'In' with management. The benefits were very expensive, but at least they had them.
Pros
Pay.
Cons
This firm is not a true representation of what it is like to work in a law firm, Rote data entry at best.

Litigation Assistant (Former Employee) –  Jacksonville, FLOctober 8, 2017
I enjoyed working for Zwicker. A lot of the work is repetitive; however there is a lot of work to be done which makes your day go by fast.
Sometimes employees clash because of such a close sitting environment.
Pros
Great Work hours
Cons
No room for personal life; no personal phone calls
