Well, my experience with Cigna started out well and quickly went sour. I sent in my resume and had a quick response to set up a phone interview with a HR person in Nashville. The HR person who called was seemingly nice and professional sounding, and after a brief phone interview, she asked if I would go to the Cigna office that I applied to for an interview with the manager. I agreed, and this interview went exceedingly well. The manager/interviwer hinted that I had one of the several positions ...
I received a text message from a Campbell Dakota saying I was selected for an online interview via Yahoo messenger. This person said they found my resume on the ladders.com. I was given a Yahoo IM to add (***********) and was told I was required to set up a yahoo account to complete the interview process. I have been a manager many times before and have always done a face to face interview or at the least a phone interview. Never have I been so unprofessional as to do an interview through an ins...

they have no respect for patient's privacy, there are HIPAA, violations everyday, sexual harrasment, discrimination, no respect for the patients, no support for the customer service people, I know I worked there...no wonder they been in business for over 200 hundred years and still the SMALLEST health care co in US, and the reason is...customer service and product is the worse...
All health Insurance companies like Cigna care about is the BOTTOM LINE.$$$$$ Profit profit profit no matter WHAT they have to do to get it.They are wasting health care dollars all around, cheating the patients and the physicians alike. I hear the doctors crying constantly, for Gods sake what about the poor patients. Shame on all of you, only thinking about yourselves, and the monetary rewards. What about these people who are suffering, and fighting for their lives.Does this make any sense, or h...

Over the next few months I'm looking into being proactive about my job. The company I work for was sold and we may be loosing our jobs. I've been thinking about following the trend and staying here in N.E. Pa and going to Cigna like a lot of my coworkers have done or moving to the S.E. Pa/DelMarVa area to apply at one of those offices there while I still have a job to fall back on. The offices I'm mainly looking at now are in Northern Delaware and Philly suburbs with the N.E.Pa offices also in t...
