Add a Label: Type a Job, Company, Location and/or Other in the boxes below (i.e. chef, Hilton Hotel, and Orlando, FL) and click "Search". You may only add one job, company, and location label per search, but multiple "other" labels.
Delete a Label: You can remove "Other" labels one at a time by clicking the "x" next to the name. Or, remove all the filters at once by clicking "Clear all labels".
We went through a Decert this past year. "DO NOT BELIEVE THE BS FROM THE COMPANY". Once the Union is out the Company will have full control over you. Have they started the meetings yet where they bash the Union? If they have, think about all the money they are spending to have those meeting and having management ride with drivers. Non Union Plants and DC's are not a big happy family!
Has anyone working for frito worked under performance pay? If so what do you think of it
It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at FRITO-LAY?Any advice on striking the right note?
What are the average starting salaries, bonuses, benefits and travel requirements like at FRITO-LAY?What do you like best about working at FRITO-LAY? Are there any great perks or special treats for employees?
how hard is it to transfer from one DC to another? I know obviously i'd lose my route seniority but do they often let people transfer? (I ask because I'm going to be moving)
Applied in April 2018Took an online assessment 4/9Took an online mechanical/technical test 4/12Telephone interview 4/16Face to face interview 4/19Was told by interviewer to check my email and spam folder for a letter. He informed me about the drug test and background check. He told me to give it a couple of days. It has now been 3 days and I have heard nothing. Is it a bad sign?
How do you manage to get through their insane, automated phone "interview". You call a number, you are asked the worst questions I've ever heard of for an interview, you have just a few seconds to think about your answer and you must start speaking for it to be recorded. Maybe 10 or 12 questions... I had prepared for many questions but these were just really out there.I've been rejected.
Do you work at FRITO-LAY? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?Any advice for someone trying to get in?
My wife just got a full time merchandiser job with frito lay in a small town we live in. they say it's 7am-5pm but more than likely she will be done at 3:30pm and only till 5 on busy days like friday and saturdays. We both work in retail and to me this seems to good to be true. I mean I could be wrong but 40 hours plus $16.50 starting pay with benefits for a merchandiser in retail seems to good to be true. From everything I have seen before. She is quitting two part time merchandising jobs to ta...
What is the pre employment test for Mobile Mechanic like? I have already passed the written maintenance mechanic test, but failed one part of the box test.
I see that most comments about this company seem to be related to RSR. However, my husband will be interviewing for a position in the warehouse, likely warehouse operator, in NC. Does anyone have information about how this position is (environment, work hours, opportunity for growth,) at Frito-Lay?
What to expect ? Kind of nerves looking to apply and surely don't want to fail the test
Heard there was a online test to complete when applying for frito lay, any ideas on what they ask? Kind of nerves
Hi just checking on the status of my application

I'm interested in moving to a warmer climate. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what type of packaging machines they use? I have 23 years of experience and I have worked with Woodman packaging equipment and I'm very familiar with TnA packaging equipment and Ishida scales as well as assorted ovens and extruder equipment.
Currently I have a great opportunity to work at a few big companies in Modesto and out of all of them I'm really interested in Frito Lay. Work culture and co workers are extremely important to me when choosing a job. So before I make my decision I was wondering if anyone who works at this particular plant off of Yosemite could give me some insight about the work culture in the manufacturing plant, are the co workers and supervisors cool? How friendly is HR and management? About me, I'm a very co...
I am wondering if the Frito-Lay/Pepsi-Co plant in Casa Grande, AZ pays a shift differential for the 2nd and 3rd shift workers. And if so what the differential amount is? I might be looking at a 2nd or 3rd shift opportunity, but before I do I want to know what they pay for the shift premium.
I had an interview a week and a half ago. They told me they would contact me the following week, but I have received nothing from them. I applied for a merchandiser position and had my two interviews on the same day. Does anyone know what I should expect next? Will I receive a letter? Email?
What is the difference between merchandiser and detailer? I currently work as detailer and rumors are going around that when our union contract is up detailer positions are being eliminated in favor of merchandiser positions.
There are a lot of people who look into companies and employee comments online prior to taking a job. When I applied for an RSR position with Frito Lay, I scoured the web reading comments by current and former employees. I have been with Frito Lay now for over 2 years and I want to leave some honest and truthful information for someone interested in working for Frito Lay. Looking back, I seriously came close to turning down the job based on what I read online and I am glad I didn't. I'm not goin...
Does anyone know what products are produced there? Also what are some pay rates of positions there, specifically corn process operator if they do make corn products. Palletizer or packer rates would be okay so I can see how wages differ.
