I am planning to apply soon, and I was wondering if the title "Care Manager - Care Giver" is a management position, or is that the title for the employees who care for the residents? Also do you need to be a CNA to be a care giver in Minnesota at sunrise? I had a very horrible interview experience but I can't even call it that since it ended before it even began. I was told by phone that interviews were conducted once a week in a group. True, I currently work for Sunrise. I came to my boss in private about abuse. I saw with my own two eye balls god gave me. Nothing happened to the workers payed time off for 3 days and back on the job. Found out the bosses told everyone I was lying. Save yourself this company only care about money in their pocket.
