I have a year experience as a Property Admin. I have interviewed for another position and the recruiter told me they felt I was qualified for an Assistant Property Management position. They felt I am overqualified and would not be challenged in an office role. However, the previous PM Admin position was for a commercial building. The Assistant PM position is a residential property. Is this a good move? I thought commercial PM paid a lot more than residential PM positions?
