I live in Hawaii where the cost of living is so very high. I make $15.25 a hour & bonus $100 a month. I'm the top paying collector & worker for the firm but the pressure, demands etc are mostly put on me. Do you think it's worth it? What's others pay & gripes?

I am wanting to further my career in collections/ bankruptcy and have been unsucessful in finding what courses to take that would discuss in depth. I found paralegal studies but tht only has 1 class on bankruptcy, and I have not found anything for collections.
