I registered at their houston location, paid for parking, spent my time registering and going over my job requirements, etc. I called them everyday for job opening that would pop up on their website that I was a perfect match for. Not once did they return my call to coordinate an interview with an employer. Half the time they put you on eternal hold. This went on for a couple of months and I went the direct hire route. Recruiters and temporary agencies in Houston leave a lot to be desired.
