I have an office that's wanting daily cleaning. Mon thru Fri. The building is 12k feet in size and basic cleaning. I am thinking of charging .20 per sq ft for the month. I generally charge that much for offices that are only 2 days per week. Does anyone have a better formula and rate for 5 days per week offices?

Is it harmful? At the school I work at there are 2 rooms used to store either non working computers to printers and misc things like boards, tables, chairs, and desks, etc. But there is a smell when I walk into the rooms , a weird smell. It's in both rooms. I know that printer cartridges are harmful to you, well, the dust or powder is. I was just wondering if anyone else has smelled that and if anyone knows it is harmful or not.
