not many here since the ralphs/kroger layoff's and closing of markets by bristol farms and other independants..whole foods down sized and economy has us all in a holding pattern I have 27 yr exp...from breaking sides & carcass...to 15 yrs making sausage smoking & 26 yrs fish....life's tuogh in general.....until economy perks...UNIONS are weak in CA...independants r full....usually underpaid.....this trade had been dying since the 90's and gets worse each yr.
