Hi,I went through the same problem. Managerment at Eliot Community Human Services have no ethics. I got Harvard Legal Aid to help and got Unemployment compensation ( Massachusetts). Aaron Katz and M Mathews lied at the hearing.

I want to apply for a residential counselor but they don't make it clear as to whether you need a degree."High School Diploma/GED; BA/BS in Social Service field is preferred"That is all it says. I am unsure if they are asking for me to have a mandatory BA/BS, and it also prefer it to be in social services, or that it's possible to get the job with just a high school diploma.
My mom needs help with finding a agency or state funded program that will pay a family member to work with my adult sister who has austism. No programs will take her due to her behavior problems.

I think that children and adults deserve more structured activities.This will enhance growth and developmental skills. Be able to communicate with the real working world ie. on the job training for high school students and G.E.D programs so that sturdy employment can be obtained.
