I have been in the restaurant business for 29 years and have not found it hard to get hired until now. What is up with these managers and owners? I have been back for a while from California and am finding it hard to get hired. I have done every position in the restaurant except owner. I think that the Federal Government should quit spreading false information to scare the owners and managers.
I can not stress enough how poorly this company is run. There are plenty of other restaurant jobs that will treat you 100 times better than this company. They bully their management staff and they base you're pay heavily on a bonus. The problem with the bonus is that you never attain what you are suppose to make.
