I was holding a Lead Sales Engineer position at a major telecom company two years ago and left to start my own business. I'm a 30 veteran in the industry. Like a lot of people that start small businesses, after two years its not going so well, so I am looking at getting back in to the telecom industry. I've kept my relevancy by adding a CCNA cert on my resume recently. Does anyone have any experience or feedback on what challenges they faced leaving then coming back after a couple years?
