Hi! I’m a former accountant with an MBA, and I can’t seem to find a part-time job. I have a disability that makes it very difficult for me to work full-time, and no one seems to want to hire an MBA for part-time work. Does anyone have ideas? I’m desperate!

Cloverleaf Solutions is a terrible placement firm. I would not recommend working for them. They advertise for a lot of jobs, but there is a disconnect between client's desires and what is advertised-leaving the unsuspecting employee in the dark. Another terrible company to work for is Belcan. They bring support desk staff in for very low wages, and the turnover is insane. There is literally no training. Avoid.
What companies are fueling growth in Albuquerque? Why are they a great employer?
I read an interesting position description with UNMH in Albuquerque. So I clicked the indeed.com link which takes me to the UNMH application page. Turns out UNMH requires one to create an account in order to apply. So far no problem but as I'm filling out the form to create the account there appears a field for my SSN - and this warning:Please enter your correct Social Security Number/Social Insurance Number. Incorrect numbers constitute falsification of application. I get the need for my SSN if...
I passed my boards in early October and from looking at sites with pay vs cost of living it seemed Las Vegas area, Albuquerque NM Texas and Florida are the best but from scouring the postings and looking at housing prices I have no idea. I know I can't expect a great rate as I am newly licensed, however I do have years of experience passing meds in group homes and private care, but I don't want to get accept a job and find out they are going to pay me peanuts either. Both my wife and I are native Californians but we have had enough of over taxation and regulation. Albuquerque is on our short list of possible destinations. Job's of course are a consideration and I am a Network Engineer and former programmer with 20+ years experiance. I've done some research and the weather seems to be what we are looking for, lots of sun and little rain/snow. Crime rate seens a little high but compared to parts of california that's nothing.I'm looking for advice on where a...

I just went back to school for medical assisting. I can't seem to find a job in Denver, esp one that will pay enough for the cost of living there. I know I have been out of the medical field for some time, i am absolutely confident in my abilities...

What causes do people in Albuquerque care about. Where are the volunteer opportunities?
Ah, Albuquerque. I used to love living here, but no longer. The problem? I can't find a job doing ANYTHING. My credit is lousy because of a disability that occasionally makes it difficult for me to work more than part-time, and EVERYONE checks credit nowadays. I've been out of work and desperately looking for three months with no luck. And, of course, the longer I'm out of work the worse my credit gets because I can't pay my bills...because I can't get a job. Anyone else in the same boat?

My wife and I are moving to Albuquerque from Saint Paul, MN in 3 weeks. Visited, rented a car, drove around. Actually decided Albuquerque drivers were slightly better than Saint Paulers... Found most of the safer neighborhoods were in the north side of town. Any referrals on good apartment buildings or rental companies? We're in the home health biz, had any family that has had a good experience with home care or hospice services. Where is the better hospital if you've got to go to the ER. I'd ap...
