The Work Wellbeing 100 is an index of public companies that are excelling in work wellbeing and outperforming the market, demonstrating that wellbeing is not just better for people, but better for business.
To determine the Work Wellbeing 100, Indeed and Oxford pulled work wellbeing ratings for the U.S. from 2023 (January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023) and ranked companies by their Work Wellbeing Score.
Companies must be a publicly traded company listed on the NASDAQ or NYSE and have received 100 responses from employees for work wellbeing indicators in the last year to be considered.
There is no nomination process and no cost for a company to be considered. The Work Wellbeing 100 is based on reviews, ratings and insights shared voluntarily and anonymously by employees on Indeed when they complete a company review.
