The pay is based on the job and the region of the U.S. that the job is in. Navy Federal does pay a fair wage, and when you include the benefits and 401K contributions their benefits are great. Because of employee feedback to the Fortune Magazine surveyors, Navy Federal Credit Union was voted one of the Top 100 Best Companies to work for in 2008. It is the only credit union to receive that honor. If you want to know their benefits information, or at least get an overview, go to www.navyfcu.org, and click at "careers." There is an overview of the basic job benefits on that page. As an employee, you're eligibly for membership also, which is a benefit in itself, and employees have various perks and discounts with various companies including General Electric, Enterprise, and other companies, including local companies and busineses depending on where you live. I've been working for NFCU since August of 2006.
