Anyone have any advice on how to get in contact with hiring managers at SCE?

I have applied for numerous SCE jobs over and over, and no response. Maybe these jobs don't actually exist or need to be filled yet.

they, like most other companies, run a keyword scanner. make sure you're tuning your resume to match the job. If you have enough "qualifiers", you'll make the cut of resumes that get to the hiring manager. Once there, it's on the hiring manager to pull your you can see, there are a lot of hoops and hurdles to go through..keep at it! goodluck!

As a former SCE employee, I'm here to tell you that even if you could get in touch with a hiring manager, it would do you no good because managers cannot choose who they interview (it's an ethics violation). All applicants must go through HR. Managers MAY NOT interview or consider any candidate not sent to him or her by HR. The same holds true for existing employees - even WE had to go through HR and compete with outside candidates for jobs.
