Can anyone tell me what the benefits are like at Stryker? Do they cover fertility? What is the vacation time like? Does it increase with years of service? Bonus structure? Any other news worthy benefits? Thanks!

I can't comment for all of Stryker's sites, but for the Ortho division (Mahwah), here are the benefits.

Medical & dental - fairly typical. I don't believe that they cover fertility. There's four different plans, including 2 different PPOs, and 2 different HSAs.

Vacation - 3 weeks to starts, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 20 years.

Bonus - varies by position.

401k - match at 50% rate up to 8%, and 7% bonus contribution the following year. So if an employee contributes 8%, Stryker contributes 4% + 7%, for a total of 19%. This is one of the best benefits.

Education - after one year of employment, up to $15,000 per year for classes.

Other - on-site gym and cafeteria.
