Write clear job descriptions.

• Include the company name, pay, work hours, benefits, and duties.
• Use full sentences and professional language.
• Avoid spam-like content, like all caps, extra punctuation, or too many abbreviations.
• Keep the tone clear and focused on the job.

Example:

• Do: "We're hiring a full-term cashier at [company name]. Pay starts at [amount] per hour. Duties include helping customers, managing the register, and keeping the checkout area clean."
• Don't: "HIRING CASHIER $$$ APPLY NOW!!! GREAT PAY!!!"

Use professional job titles.

• Keep titles simple, short, and accurate.
• Use the real job title only.
• Don't use clickbait, emojis, symbols, or unclear text.
• Avoid adding details like location, pay, or shifts. These belong in the job description.

Example:

• Do: "Warehouse Associate"
• Don't: "Warehouse Associate - $20/hr Night Shift!!!"

Avoid keyword stuffing.

• Don't repeat the same keywords to boost search results.
• Don't list competitors' names.
• Don't include long lists of job titles or company names.
• Write short sentences that describe the job in a clear way.

Example:

• Do: "We're looking for a customer service representative to assist clients by phone and email."
• Don't: "Customer service, customer service, sales, call center, data entry, admin"
