This policy applies to all current job board partners whose content appears on Indeed. To give job seekers the best experience, your content must follow our standards. These rules cover job quality, the application process, and your relationship with Indeed.
Job board content requires sponsorship for visibility on Indeed.
Policy requirements
Job quality
All jobs must:
- Be real, current, and paid opportunities
- Be posted by the hiring company
- Include all necessary details, such as:
- Company name
- Location
- A complete job description
Clear application process
- The application process must be simple, free, and completed on your site.
- No redirects or required logins.
Unique content
- The content you provide must be unique and not already on Indeed.
- This helps prevent duplicate job postings.
Relationship with Indeed
- You must have a direct relationship with Indeed.
- Third parties are not allowed to manage your presence on the site.
What you need to know
- As of January 4, 2019, Indeed is no longer accepting new job board partnerships.
- Job boards removed or denied for quality reasons will not be reconsidered.
- Rebranding job boards is not allowed.
