Adding Users and Setting Access Levels

You must have administrator-level access in order to add and remove users on your account. If you are unsure if you have the right access, reach out to your account owner.

Add users to your Indeed employer account so team members can collaborate within the platform. Users will have their own login information, and you’ll control the access levels. For security, it's best to add your team members as users on your employer account rather than sharing a single email and password.

How to add users and set access levels

Adding a user

Sign in to your employer account.
Go to the Users page.
Select Add users.
Enter your team members’ email addresses. If you add someone who doesn’t have an Indeed account, they’ll be prompted to create one.
Select All options.
Select their access level.
Save and notify new users.

Access levels are explained under All options if you need to review them.

Editing user access

Go to the Users page.
Find the user you want to edit.
Select the three dots in the Actions column.
Edit and select their access level.
Save.

Removing users

Go to the Users page.
Find the user you want to edit.
Select the three dots in the Actions column.
Select Remove and Yes, remove.

Removing yourself as a user

Go to the Users page.
Find your user.
Select the three dots in the Actions column.
Select Removeyourself.

Users can remove themselves from an advertiser if they are a secondary user. Users are not notified when their access level is changed or when they are removed.
