Assigning an Indeed Smart Sourcing subscription

Who this article is for
Available to User or Admin
Accounts with Smart Sourcing Professional or Smart Sourcing Enterprise

A Smart Sourcing subscription lets you contact candidates with resumes on Indeed. You must assign each subscription to one user on the employer account. This guide explains how to assign a subscription to another user and who is allowed to do it.

You can't share a subscription or assign it to more than one person at the same time.

Requirements

As the account admin, you can assign a subscription to yourself or to another linked user on the account. If the person is not yet linked to your employer account, add them first.

Who can assign a subscription

Account administrators can reassign subscriptions:

  • Standard subscription: once every 30 days
  • Professional subscription: up to four times every 30 days

For more information on access levels, see How To Add Users and Set Access Levels.

How to assign a subscription

  1. Sign in to your employer account dashboard.
  2. Click or tap your email address in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click or tap the three dots next to the subscription you want to assign.
  5. Select Assign subscription.
  6. Choose the linked user's email.
  7. Click or tap Assignsubscription to confirm.
If you cannot find the person listed, add them as a linked user.
