Claiming Your Company Page

Who this article is for
Available to Admin

Company Pages on Indeed help you share your brand and tell job seekers about your business. They display important details, such as your mission, values, and open job positions.

When you post a job on Indeed, Indeed creates a Company Page. To edit and manage that page, you must claim it. In this article, we explain what you need to claim your Company Page and show you how to do it step by step.

Requirements to claim a Company Page

To claim a Company Page, you must:

  • Be the owner or admin of an Indeed employer account
  • Have a Company Page that no one has claimed yet

Not sure if you are the account owner or admin? Read our article on how to find an Indeed account admin.

How to claim a Company Page

Step 1: Find your Company Page

  1. Sign in to your employer account.
  2. Click or tap your email in the top right of your dashboard.
  3. Select Company page.
  4. Enter your company name in the search bar.
  5. Click or tap Find Companies.

Trouble finding your page? If the Company Page link does not work, go to Indeed for Job Seekers. Then open the Company reviews tab and search for your company.

Step 2: Claim your page

  1. Select your company name to open the page.
  2. Click or tap the blue Claim this company page button.
  3. On the next screen, select Claim.
You can claim more than one unclaimed Company Page.

Step 3: Wait for verification

After you submit your claim, we review it to confirm your connection to the company. We may verify your claim by:

  • Matching your work email domain to the company website
  • Looking for online links to the company, like social media profiles
  • Checking the company website for your name on a team or staff page

After we verify your claim, we send you a confirmation email. This step usually takes 24 to 48 business hours. Once you receive the email, you can start editing your Company Page to add your branding and company details.

Technical Support

Issue: Someone already claimed my Company Page.

Solution: Sometimes, you need access to a Company Page that someone else already claimed. This can happen if:

  • You work at an agency, and your client does not give you access to their account.
  • Your company claimed the page under the wrong employer account and needs to switch it, such as for billing.

What to do next:

  • Confirm with your Indeed account admin that your company claimed the page.
  • Ask the admin to give you Company Page access.

If no one at your company claimed the page, contact us for help.
