Company Pages Updates
We're making two changes to Indeed's Company Pages on August 10, 2026. First, we'll remove the Interviews tab. Second, we'll update the CEO approval ratings and Work Wellbeing Scores to use only the last five years of data.
These changes will help keep Company Pages clear and up to date. Most of the Company Page will stay the same.
What it is
- The Interviews tab gives job seekers insights into a company's interview process.
- The CEO approval rating and Work Wellbeing Score give job seekers a better view of what it's like to work for a company
- The content is user-generated and based on the experiences of current and former employees.
What to expect
Interviews tab
- We'll remove the Interviews tab from all Company Pages on August 10, 2026.
- Old Interviews tab links will redirect users to the company's Snapshot tab.
- There will be no archive or new location for the Interviews tab content after the tab is removed.
CEO approval rating and Work Wellbeing Score
- We're updating these scores to use data from the last five years only.
- This will help the scores reflect more recent employee sentiment.
- Most score changes should be small.
- Companies with many responses older than five years may see a bigger change than others.
