How To Find an Indeed Account Admin

This article will help you learn where to find user access levels and how to identify the admin or owner of your company's Indeed employer account. Both account owners and account admins have full access over settings and permissions. 

Checking the user access levels

  1. Sign in to your employer account.
  2. Click or tap your email in the top right corner of your dashboard.
  3. Select Users for a list of all users and their access levels.

Finding the account owner

  1. Sign in to your employer account.
  2. Click or tap the company name in the top right corner of your dashboard.
  3. In the pop-up window, you'll see all employer accounts linked to your login, along with the owner of each account.
These options are only available if you have the required access level. If you can't follow the steps above, contact us for help identifying your account admin or owner.
