Exporting Candidates

With the Exporting Candidates feature, you can download candidate information as a CSV and use it however you need. Use the sorting and filtering functions in the Candidates tab to pre-sort your candidates, quickly identify the most relevant profiles, and then export them all at once. This makes it easier for you to review, sort, and share applicant details within your team.

Requirements for exporting

To use the bulk export candidates option, your account must:

Meet the minimum spend threshold for your market or above over the past 12 full calendar months.
Be set to Verified or Sponsored Only. Learn more about account verification.
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA). Learn more about activating 2FA.
Have candidates that are less than 3 months old.
Adhere to a 10,000 daily export limit.
Wait five minutes between each export request.
Have made no changes to login or recovery settings in the last three days.
Have jobs more than 10 days old.

The export option will be greyed out if you do not meet the above criteria.

How to export candidates

Sign in to your account and navigate to the Candidates tab.
Create a candidate list by using the search and filter options.
Select the candidates you wish to export.
Open the Export Candidates dropdown menu.
Choose whether to export all or only the selected candidates.

Limits for eligible clients

You can't export
- More than 1,000 candidates at once.
- More than 10,000 candidates in one day.
- Candidates over three months old.
If you select more than 200 candidates, we
- Export all candidates for open and paused jobs if all jobs are selected.
- Export all candidates for the selected job.
Exporting candidates is not yet enabled for Smart Sourcing.
