About the Indeed Hiring Events Dashboard

Once your Hiring Event is set up, you can access your dashboard in three different ways. 

From your employer account

1. Sign in to your Indeed account.
2. Select Interviews in the left sidebar.
3. Near the top of your screen, click or tap Hiring Events Dashboard.

Via email link

1. After you set up or finish an event, you'll receive email notifications with a link to edit your event.
2. Click the link, sign in, and you'll be redirected to your dashboard.

Via direct link

• Visit the hiring events dashboard and bookmark the link for later.

Columns and tabs

Status

• Review current status and take action as needed

Drafts

• A draft event is created each time you click Continue in the intake form, automatically saving the fields and content you've filled in
• People linked to the account who have the right Hiring Events permissions can view, edit, and approve drafts

Status Filter

• Filter by pending, active, scheduled, or complete

ID

• This is a unique number or Event ID that Indeed uses to associate this event or session with the correct Account

Interview date(s)

• Shows all the event dates (up to 3 lines)

Interview location

• City, St = In-Person Event
• Interview platform = Virtual via Indeed Interview - Link to join
• External platform = Bring your own platform (e.g. Zoom) - Link to join
• Phone

Job title(s)

• Lists jobs in the event. Each job title links to its job page
• Shows up to 3 lines, with the option to expand
• If the event is not live yet, this column can be blank. Links appear when the event goes live

Attendees

• Shows the estimated range of attendees and total RSVPs
• Numbers may not match daily emails or proposal tools because the dashboard uses a newer model

Budget

• Current advertising spend and total event budget

Actions

• Click the three dots to edit, join, and manage the event
• You may need to scroll inside the menu

Create an Event

• Click Create an event on the dashboard to open the intake form

Issue: I can’t find my Hiring Event.

Solution: Your Indeed login might be linked to more than one employer account. After signing in, select Switch account and choose the employer account linked to the event.
