Posting Jobs From Your Career Site or Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
You can ask us to pull jobs from your career site or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) if you don't want to post jobs directly on Indeed. This is called job aggregation. Indeed uses aggregation technology to collect jobs from all over the internet. These jobs are then listed on Indeed.
Requesting job aggregation
Aggregation requirements
Your job posts must include:
- A clear, complete job title
- A full job description (find out how to write a good job description)
- One job location per job
- A way for job seekers to apply, like an email address or application link
- A unique, valid job URL for each job post
If you're using an XML feed instead of a website, check our XML guidelines.
What happens next
- After you request aggregation, it may take some time for your jobs to appear on Indeed.
- Timing depends on how your website is set up and how many requests we're handling.
Meeting these requirements does not guarantee that your jobs will be aggregated on Indeed. We'll review all jobs and websites before they are posted.
Using ATS integration instead
If your ATS is already integrated with Indeed, you must use that integration to post jobs on Indeed. Learn more about this in our single-source feed policy.
What is a single-source feed?
A single-source feed is a job feed that includes jobs from only one employer. These feeds are sometimes created by the company itself or by an agency on its behalf.
Why use your ATS integration?
- Prevent duplicate or conflicting job listings
- Improve application quality and conversion rates
- Enable stronger candidate matching via Indeed Apply, Candidate Sync, and future ATS capabilities
