More than 10 reviews on your Indeed Company Page for a specific market (for example, the US)
How Brand Score is calculated
Brand Score provides a holistic view of your employer brand performance across Indeed and Glassdoor. It’s calculated across four pillars. Each pillar is scored on a scale of 1–100:
Awareness: Measures how often your brand is seen across the web and searched for on Indeed and Glassdoor.
Consideration: Evaluates job seeker interest in learning more about your brand from your Company Page.
Favorability: Tracks how appealing your brand and jobs are to active job seekers on Indeed and Glassdoor.
Reputation: Perception of your employee experience based on your company rating on Indeed.
Together, these pillars assess how visible your brand is in the market, how positively it's perceived, and how likely job seekers are to engage with you.
