Why Can't Employers Find Me on Indeed?
If you can't change your profile settings to Employers can find you, we may have hidden your resume. We'll temporarily or permanently hide resumes that don't meet our resume guidelines and Terms of Service. You'll have to send an appeal so we can review your resume.
Sending an appeal
- Open the Contact us form.
- Fill out the form with:
- Your full name
- The reason for your appeal
- Your current location
- Upload one of these forms of identification:
- Government-issued driver's license or ID
- National identity card
- Work visa
- Passport
- Military ID
- Student ID
- Select Send email to submit your appeal.
ID requirements
- The location on your ID must match the general location in your profile.
- Don't send an ID that is edited or changed in any way.
We only use your ID to check your appeal. We delete your documents after the review is done. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.
What happens next
- We'll review your appeal within 24 hours.
- We'll email you if we need more information.
- You can check the status of your appeal by logging into your profile.
