Intellibridge had been using a number of recruitment sources to find candidates for its clients.
“We were accustomed to using older sites for recruiting, but they are so expensive,” said Sharon Kropf, Director of Business Support Services. “We’re in the top 100 accounting and auditing firms, but our consulting division is small and we need to produce results on a small budget. For these positions, Kropf has found that people rely on their professional networks, using word of mouth to find their next opportunities. “As the economy changed, people started going out of their networks,” she said. “All of the sudden, we couldn’t find our candidates through referrals and we couldn’t find them on other job sites. It became clear that when people were going out of their personal networks, they were going to Indeed.”
The instant access to candidates in the right field enabled Intellibridge to swiftly source hires for their clients. “I review the resumes so quickly with the table that shows me name, location and other relevant information,” Kropf said. “It’s very fast to go through.”
Once a candidate is found, it’s easy to communicate with them. “When I go to email someone, I can personalize the message with the job description and the pay rate,” Kropf explained. “If I’ve done that to one email, then I only need to change the names on all the others. It’s very simple.”

Hand picking the best candidates
From Indeed Resume, Intellibridge has found and placed several candidates within the span of a few days, with at least one starting on the job in less than 24 hours.
“There was one candidate we contacted,” Kropf said. “We talked to her, and then submitted her resume to our client. She was interviewed that afternoon and started the next day. Our client was shocked and so happy. It had been an urgent requirement and within an hour, we had delivered her resume to them.”
Throughout their campaign, Intellibridge was able to place candidates from Indeed Resume. In a three month period, 42% of the candidates they recommended were interviewed and 35% were hired.
