When it comes to managing one of your company’s branches, it’s important to choose someone with the correct level of personal strength and experience. This question will give the applicant an opportunity to share relevant skills and situations from their past that exemplify their ability to manage well. Prospective employees should focus on their strengths, successes, motivation and expectations for the position. What to look for in an answer:

Branch managers have to build relationships with their employees, treating them all fairly and with respect. It’s important for an applicant to not only do so but also be aware of how their actions affect their staff. This answer will let you know if a candidate has the ability to manage a team in a friendly and effective way and can also give you insight into their ability to self-reflect on their managerial behavior. What to look for in an answer:
