    General Description

    Accounting & Office Manager’s duties & responsibilities are to perform clerical accounting activities with limited supervision; examine and code invoices or vouchers for entry to accounting system; assist with adjusting and closing journal entries; perform limited analysis and prepare related reports for management, verify reports and reconcile discrepancies; balance and reconcile accounting data from outside sources; handle client inquiries related to accounting records; coordinate invoicing & collections (A/R).
